This page is intended to be an evolving and growing display of pecan tree pictures. These nut producing trees come in all shapes and sizes. Their appearance differs from season to season. Our goal is to give you a broad pictorial representation of pecan trees, young and old.
The following pictures are from our yard. Although we don't know for sure how old they are I would be safe saying they are 30+ years old.
First of all we have a few pictures of a tree that can be found standing next to our detached garage. It can be depended on for a good crop of pecans.
Pictured below are a few shots of an old pecan tree that is located near the road in front of our house. It is the one that is mentioned on the pecan tree page that is suffering from rot on one side. It may not have many years left....
Finally, we have pictures of a pecan tree that is in our side yard. It is a wide tree that helps shade the house from the summer sun.
Here are a couple of shots of two of our pecan trees in mid-August. They show a view from the base of the trees, up into the canopy.
We hope to offer you a collection that is ever-growing. Check back from time to time to see what pecan tree pictures have been added.
